Privacy Policy

4Weeks (“we”, a product of MEOT LLC) reads your Korean Saju (사주 / Four Pillars). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Birth details — your birth date, time, and place. These are required to compute your chart (Saju is read in true solar time, so the exact place matters).
• Email — only if you choose to create an account, used as a passwordless sign-in (we email you a one-time code). No password is stored.
• Screen name — optional, used so friends can find you for compatibility (궁합).
• Basic app usage — only what’s needed to operate the service.

How we use it

Your birth details are used to compute your chart and your daily reading. To write the daily reading, the derived facts of your chart (your elements, day master, today’s interaction) are sent to our AI text provider (Anthropic) to render into words — your name, email, and raw birth details are not sent. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

Account and chart data are stored with our database provider (Supabase). If you don’t create an account, your chart stays on your device.

Your control

• Delete anytime. In the app, Profile → Delete account removes your data from our servers.
• You can use the whole app without an account; signing in only adds cross-device sync and friends.

Children

4Weeks is not directed at children under 13.
